Despite the downside, I’ll come back to stay due to the staff and location
Strategic location, clean, tidy, adequate parking, nice pool view, very helpful and friendly staff.
The gym was not as I expected, no leg press, not functioning sauna. The TV in the room is so outdated. No streaming services or mirroring capabilities

My staycation at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta was nothing short of exceptional. From the delectable breakfast to the top-notch sports facilities and the unbeatable location, this hotel truly caters to every aspect of a memorable staycation
the shower facilities fell short of expectations. the switching mechanism between hot and cold water did not function properly, requiring unnecessary effort to achieve a comfortable water temperature. This inconvenience, although seemingly minor, impacted the overall satisfaction with my room, as a seamless and comfortable bathing experience is fundamental to guest comfort..

Loved it here, but.......
Location was exactly where I needed to be, the staff are wonderful to deal with, from check in staff to housekeeping, all staff were friendly and courteous. Room was spacious,but a little dated, maybe an update is needed.
Sadly, the plug in my shower did not open, but solved that using a fork. Initially, the hot water in the bathroom basin came out brown, but just didn't use it after that. In my travels over the years, this was not the worst thing I had seen.
